Justine Thomas has worked at Lincoln Heritage Public Library for over 20 years as our adult homebound/outreach coordinator for Northern Spencer County. She visits homebound patrons in their private homes as well as in the local nursing facilities. Once a month she also provides programming at both nursing homes in the area.
