Chrisney: 11:00-4:00 pm (ages 3 yrs & up) The Indiana Department of Health will distribute free COVID-19 (for ages 5 years and older) and flu vaccines (for ages 3 years and older). 

Individuals with insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, should bring their insurance cards. Uninsured or underinsured individuals will not be charged.
