Dale: (ages 18 yrs & up) Every Monday from 5:00-5:30 p.m.Fun and practical exercises are done while sitting in a chair. We do a different and fun routine each week. From chair aerobics to chair Zumba, we do it all and have a blast! All workouts are seated and beneficial for all fitness levels.
